Sands Resorts Cotai Strip Macao and Sands Macao Offer Mid-Autumn Treats

Restaurants at Sands Resorts Cotai Strip Macao and Sands Macao will offer a delicious array of menus between mid-September and early October to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, providing business travellers with festive cuisines on this traditional occasion.

Fine-dining restaurant, Canton at The Venetian Macao, will offer a celebration à la carte menu along with a set menu between September 16 and October 7. Highlight dishes from the menus include gold-fried crab meat in shell and braised South African abalone in oyster sauce.

The signature Chinese restaurant at The Venetian Macao, North, will launch a special à la carte menu between September 28 and October 11 to commemorate the Golden Week holidays which falls soon after Mid-Autumn Festival. Delicacies include marinated fresh abalone with cucumber and garlic, marinated baby cuttlefish and leeks with Korean chili sauce, and braised pork and fresh abalone in soya sauce.

Dynasty 8 at Conrad Macao, Cotai Central, will offer a special Dynasty 8 Mid-Autumn Festival gift hamper from September 9 – 18 to mark the special occasion. The hamper includes exquisite delicacies from the sea, such as dried abalone, dry sea conch, and flower mushrooms, along with a bottle of fine red wine, four moon cakes, and a Conrad Bear.

888 Buffet at Sands Macao will offer a Mid-Autumn dinner buffet menu from September 14 – 17. Chilled fresh seafood such as New Zealand mussels and sashimi of yellow-tail fish will be offered, along with hot dishes like roasted Canadian prime rib of beef with red wine sauce.
