Vietjet to Increase Taiwan Flights

Vietjet plans to launch flights between Hanoi and Taipei this October, as well as flights between Ho Chi Minh and Kaohsiung, Taiwan, by the end of 2016, offering business travellers more convenience and flight options when flying to and from the four major cities.

The Hanoi to Taipei route will commence operations on a daily basis from October 30, 2016, and will depart from Hanoi at 14:45 and arrive at Taipei at 18:00. The return flight will take off from Taipei at 19:00 and arrive in Hanoi at 20:45. The flight duration per sector is approximately two hours and 45 minutes.

The Ho Chi Minh to Kaohsiung flights will commence on December 12, 2016, with five return flights per week on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays. The flight, with duration of three hours and 30 minutes, will depart from Ho Chi Minh at 02:10 to arrive in Kaohsiung at 06:30. The return leg will depart Kaohsiung at 08:15 and arrive in Ho Chi Minh at 10:45.

Vietjet also plans to increase frequency between Ho Chi Minh and Tainan. The route will increase to five return flights per week from October 30, 2016, with flight duration of 3 hours and 15 minutes. http://vietjetair.com/
