Sparkling New Offerings at JW Marriott Hong Kong

Ideal for casual business meetings over drinks, or for winding down after a long day of boardroom brawling, Fish Bar and Pool Lounge at the JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong has introduced Chandon Brut sparkling wine to its menu.

Until September 15, 2015, Chandon Brut is available by the glass or bottle at special prices. A series of exclusive Chandon Brut-inspired cocktails are also on hand to celebrate the summer season in style.

One of the most recognisable sparkling wines, the Chandon Brut features a citrus blossom flavour and fruity character, followed by a creamy mid-palate with a lingering, crisp finish.

Bryson Rivera, one of the hotel’s stellar mixologists, has designed a selection of Chandon Brut-inspired cocktails that capture the lazy, idyllic days of summer. The thirst-quenching cocktails include the Mojito, made with cane rum, simple syrup, lime juice and mint leaves; Holiday Thyme, which features lemonade, agave syrup, thyme and lemon; and the Spiced Apple Punch, which uses apple cider, fresh lemon juice, spiced simple syrup, honey and cinnamon sticks.
