Seafood Room to Open in HK

Russia’s Bulldozer Group will open its first restaurant in Asia – Seafood Room – in April 2016, offering business travellers a new dining experience in the heart of Hong Kong.

Situated in the newly constructed Tower 535 in Causeway Bay, Seafood Room will deliver a new interactive seafood dining experience in a spacious, elegantly designed dining room, with a rooftop lounge offering breath-taking views of Hong Kong’s iconic Victoria Harbour. Heading up the kitchen is executive chef James Cornwall, former head chef of London’s acclaimed seafood restaurant, J Sheekey.

Bulldozer Group currently operates over 80 restaurants and bars in the United Arab Emirates, Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan, with cuisines ranging from Asian, Japanese and Italian to Russian. www.bulldozer-group.com
