“The team has been so welcoming, everyone is excited to inspire one another with fresh ideas,” says chef Dunn. “I recognise the significant role that exceptional dining plays in the overall guest experience and I am eager to take Langland’s seasonal menus to the next level for our guests to enjoy time after time,” said Dunn.

Head chef Ryan Dunn has pulled from his experience and uses the country’s delicious produce, creating an impressive dining experience for patrons from all over the world.

“Australian farmers produce some of the most amazing natural products. It doesn’t matter how you look at it, Australia is the ‘Garden of Eden’ for fresh produce. Every state and ocean provides an abundance of diverse varieties at any time of the year,” says Dunn.

The menu features a carefully selected collection of smaller plates including Ortiz Anchovy Toast paired with creamy burrata and fresh tomato relish, Hiramasa Kingfish with green chilli, lime, and dill, and Truffle Fries with a mix of daikon and grated aged parmesan.
