Business travellers looking for an easy and healthy lunch destination in the heart of Hong Kong should make for the city’s newest integrated restaurant and nightclub, Ignis by Linx, which has launched a new mix-and-match lunch menu.
With its successful opening, hybrid entertainment venue Ignis by Linx has already garnered a loyal following of discerning guests, who return for the venue’s modern European fare. The new mix-and-match three-course lunch menu is available Monday to Friday from 12 pm to 3 pm and is priced at HK$158 + 10% per guest.
A Healthy Power Lunch Option
The delectable three-course lunch consists of light and health-conscious brunch-inspired items, with the selection broken down into sections – Power Breakfast, Leaves, Eggs, Carbs, Cheats and Proteins. Whether it’s paleo perfect lunch, a nutritious and wholesome meal, or the guilty pleasure of three desserts in one go, guests can design lunch to their hearts’ content.
Nutritious choices include the oatmeal with honey, mixed berries and almond; avocado toast; and corned beef served with poached egg and salad. Alternatively, guests can mix proteins and carbs and order the pan-fried salmon over a bed of salad and edible flowers (added cost of HK$40) together with the squid, served with a skillet of puntalette and seaweed.
Other refined delights include the frittata with chorizo and roasted pepper; and beetroot tartare with quinoa, salsa verde and ricotta. End the delightful meal with the lemon tart with meringue and fresh citrus or strawberry with granola and house-made yoghurt sorbet. Lunch is served with a coffee, tea or soft drink. Guests can also finish with a fresh fruit smoothie for an added cost of HK$28.
