Healthy Cuisine Hits Perth

If you’re looking for an any option for a casual business lunch next time you’re in Western Australia, Heirloom at Fraser Suites Perth have launched delicious new autumn grazing menus for lunch and dinner, giving guests the opportunity to taste an array of Heirloom’s signature dishes.

Both the lunch and dinner menus include a glass of sparkling wine to start, plus a mix of generous share-style plates featuring dishes like antipasto, Burmese beef cheeks with cauliflower rice and slow-cooked market fish with tahini, walnuts, roasted beetroot and braised fennel. The grazing menus, have been designed by Fraser’s consultant chef Pete Evans and are the perfect way to sample a few select dishes from Heirloom’s seasonal menu.

Keeping with Food Consultant Pete Evans’ food philosophies, the food offered at Heirloom is designed to provide guests with healthy and thoughtfully crafted food appealing to a range of palates. While there is a paleo influence at Heirloom, guests are spoilt for choice with an array of delicious menu options all featuring local and sustainable WA ingredients.

Pete Evans signed on as consultant chef at the popular business hotel last year, becoming the chief menu designer across all aspects of the hotel’s dining. Grazing menus are available until August 31, 2015 and may change seasonally. The Holiday Fun package is available for booking now until the end of April for all room types. http://perth.frasershospitality.com/
