Grain Bar Presents New-Season Cocktails

Sydney’s Grain Bar has launched its new spring/summer-themed cocktail collection designed to celebrate the longer days and brighter nights of daylight savings. A combination of seasonal fruits and blooms made with craft liqueurs and avant-garde garnishes, this cocktail collection refreshes business travellers after a long day of work.

The cocktails, available daily throughout the daylight savings season, feature unique ingredients created and sourced by the bar team, such as molasses bitters, vanilla pear jam, and bacon twists.

List highlights include Mexican Breakfast with El Jimador Reposado tequila, Cointreau, avocado, lime and honey thyme syrup with a chilli salt rim; and Caracas with Pampero Anejo rum, fig and caramel liqueur, and molasses bitters topped with a caramelised fig.
