Oakwood has signed a management agreement with Overseas Union Enterprise Limited (OUE) for the brand’s second property in the country, Oakwood Premier OUE Singapore, opening at OUE Downtown by mid-2017, offering business travellers a place for convenient accommodation and comfortable work environment in the area.

The property will feature 268 serviced residences, a swimming pool, a fitness centre, daily housekeeping, and a concierge.

“The opening of Oakwood Premier OUE Singapore will be our second property in this great city. This has been an amazing year for Oakwood Asia Pacific.
