Business travellers looking for the perfect way to relax after a week of working hard in Hong Kong should not go pass the weekend Electro Brunch by Gaucho, Hong Kong’s premier Argentinian Steakhouse, which brings the highly popular ‘beats with brunch’ trend into the city.

Featuring sets by some of the most sought-after DJs in Hong Kong, the Electro Brunch offers three free-flow options, including The Asado, which features endless mocktails and fresh juices; The Signature, with a selection of house beverages including wines, beers, cocktails and spirits; and The Virtuoso, which features the addition of Champagne.

The feast kicks off with a free-flow selection of Gaucho’s signature starters, including a Seafood Sampler with Gaucho’s famed tuna tiraditos; and a Hot Sampler plate with chorizo sausage and beef empanadas. Next up is the beef, with diners given a selection of Gaucho’s signature cuts for their mains. The selection includes Tira de Ancho, a spiral cut ribeye slowly grilled with chimichurri; Bife de Lomo, a traditional fillet and cuadril or rump. All mains are accompanied with sharing bowls of chips, humita and tomato salad.

For a sweet finish guests can indulge in the Dessert Sampler, which features a chocolate tart with kumquats and honeycomb, salted dulce de leche cheesecake, and banana and coconut mess.
