To commemorate Singapore’s Golden Jubilee, The Dalmore, one of the world’s finest single malt distilleries, has introduced The Dalmore Affinity, an exclusive, ultra-luxurious 50-year-old Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky.

Each and every bottle of The Dalmore is meticuously crafted by master distiller Richard Paterson and the smally but highly skilled team at The Dalmore distillery in Scotland. The Dalmore Affinity is no exception, having been carefully nurtured by the custodians at the distillery for over 50 long years.

The commemorative bottle befits royalty, with only the finest artisans from around the world commissioned to work on every detail for the contemporary British luxury brand. The intricate silver works on the 700ml decanter were immaculately handcrafted by Hamilton & Inches, Royal Warrant holder and jeweller to the royal family. The bespoke presentation box housing The Dalmore Affinity was specially crafted by Linley Interior Design, who was handpicked by the Queen to design her wardrobe.

In true Dalmore tradition, the new-make spirit matured first in an American white oak bourbon cask for 48 years, and then finished in an Apostoles 30-year-old Matusalem oloroso sherry butt for two years and six months. The result is liquid gold in the form of The Dalmore Affinity that is undeniably as memorable and monumental as the occasion it embodies.

With lingering notes of Black Forest fruits, caramel orange segments and hints of dark chocolate and liquorice, the smooth tipple revels in a distinct tast on the palate that combines black maraschino cherries, treacle toffee and tangy Colombian coffee notes.
