Cocktails for the Senses at Langham Hong Kong

Inspired by the Shanghai Tang Silk Road Fragrance Collection, created in collaboration with renowned master perfumer Carlos Benaim to conjure the spirit of past and present China through multi-layered scents, the Langham Hong Kong has unveiled a new collection of olfactory-inspired cocktails in its elegant Artesian Bar.

Artesian mixologist Rajendra “Rush” Limbu favoured the fragrance journey of Shanghai Tang’s Rose Silk and Spring Jasmine perfumes and created two unique cocktails: the Rose Silk cocktail captures the fragrance’s accents of rose petals, cardamom, vetiver and musk with rose Champagne, elderflower liqueur, a rose jam infusion, a rose petal garnish, candied silver pearls and a spray of rose waterThe Spring Jasmine’s scent, which includes touches of violet, creamy sandalwood and sheer musk inspired Rush to create the non-alcoholic Spring Jasmine Mocktail, made with jasmine tea, lemon juice, jasmine syrup, and mixed with mint, dry lemon and lemongrass. The Silk Road Collection will be on display at the Artesian bar for guests to test the fragrance while sipping their favourite concoction.
