InterContinental Hong Kong’s Lobby Lounge is set to launch a selection of UnbelievaBubble Cocktails on November 3. The colourful frothy, bubbly cocktails are inspired by classic cocktails, including Martini, Cosmopolitan, Daiquiri, Margarita, and Sidecar, with a vibrant and textural modern twist.

The cocktails showcase vivid hues as seen on the Hong Kong Island skyline from the Lobby Lounge’s unique panoramic vantage point and all topped with a refreshing, frothy, flavoured foam. The selection includes Cosmopolitan Mousse, a concoction of Absolut Vodka, Cointreau, cranberry juice, and lemon Juice, topped with strawberry-flavoured foam; Bubble Manhattan, which blends Bourbon whiskey, sweet vermouth, dry vermouth, and Angostura Bitters, topped with vanilla-flavoured foam; Fizz Martini, which marries Bombay dry gin with dry vermouth; and rum-based Daiquiri Fluff.

The Lobby Lounge opens daily from 07:00 – 01:00. Guests can enjoy soulful instrumental and cool electronic jazz and techno music during happy hour; while immersing themselves in the upbeat pop tunes, as well as smooth jazz and ballads, played by Sri Lankan vocalist Rifky Umara, later at night. www.intercontinental.com
