Truffle-Inspired Dining Hits HK

If you’re looking for a special destination for that next corporate gathering or important business meal, the first Hong Kong outlet of Paris’ renowned Artisan de la Truffe has opened at Kowloon’s Harbour City Ocean Terminal extension.

The latest opening joins outlets in Hamburg, Paris and Tokyo, and brings to Hong Kong the very best seasonal truffles from the world’s best producers, which lace menus that boast both signature classics from France as well as local influences.

Perfectly suited for power lunches or intimate dinners with some of Victoria Harbour’s best panoramic views, the new Hong Kong truffle restaurant is dedicated to all things truffle, with every dish on the menu and every artisanal product in the adjacent concept store infused with their remarkable flavour in a dining experience that’s guaranteed to impress.

The 3,000sqft restaurant sources its truffle from leading producers, with the culinary team making selections based on seasonal factors such as the harvest and weather. The truffles on offer include renowned black truffles (Tuber Melanosporum) and white truffles (Tuber Magnatum), as well as Brumale truffles (Tuber Brumale), also known as the black winter truffles, the summer truffles (Tuber Aestivum), and even Black Australian truffles.

This highly-valued ingredient will be used to cultivate delectable dishes that are not only modern but also timeless. Many signature dishes have been brought back from Artisan de la Truffe’s popular Paris restaurants, and join truffle-spiked desserts, champagnes, wines and coffee to maximise the true truffle experience.

A private dining room makes for an elegant dining destination, while the restaurant’s intimate terrace is an ideal setting for cocktail events that capture the beauty of Victoria Harbour at sunset.
