Accor Opens Mercure Shanghai Hongqiao Airport Hotel

Accor expanded its portfolio of hotels in China with the opening of the Mercure Shanghai Hongqiao Airport hotel, offering business travellers convenient accommodation between flights.

Following a large-scale renovation of the Junrui Hotel Shanghai, which closed several years ago, the Mercure Shanghai Hongqiao Airport Hotel now has a completely new look.

The Mercure Shanghai Hongqiao Airport Hotel has 224 rooms which are not only reflective of the old Shanghai decor but also incorporate French elements into the details. The well-designed deluxe king rooms are equipped with a set of comfortable sofas, a 43-inch LED TV, and free internet. The hotel also features a restaurant and a gymnasium.

The hotel is located at 398 Konggang First Road, opposite the entrance to Hongqiao International Airport T1, about seven kilometers from T2, and about eight and a half kilometers from Hongqiao Railway Station. It takes only ten minutes to Shanghai Zoo and 17 minutes to the National Exhibition and Convention Centre by subway. http://www.accorhotels.com/
