Accor has announced that the first Pullman Living and Novotel Living standalone apartments in the world will be located in Manila. Located in the central business district of Makati, Pullman Living Manila and Novotel Living Manila offer a great location for business travellers.

Designed for both long-term and short-term stays, the Pullman Living Manila boasts 200 rooms, while the Novotel Living Manila has 300 rooms. A range of room categories is available, giving guests plenty of solutions to their accommodation needs. Each room features a smart, elegant design, and all offer convenient access to business offices throughout the Makati district, along with a range of shopping and dining destinations.

Business travellers will appreciate the range of useful services, from meeting rooms and business centres to kitchen stocking, personal trainers and pre-prepared meals.

 Residents of Novotel Living will enjoy exclusive access to a Clubhouse which offers a quiet library that’s ideal for work, as well as an area for relaxing that features a shared kitchen.

Guests of the development will also be able to shop at retail outlets, enjoy an all-day dining restaurant and bar, and relax with a spa, fitness centre and meeting rooms.

Pullman Living Manila and Novotel Living Manila are both slated to open in the last quarter of 2022. The project is a partnership between Accor and PTC Holdings (The PTC Group).
