The Continental Hong Kong will launch a new afternoon tea menu in collaboration with luxury Italian jewelry brand Pomellato. Available from April 21 to May 31, the Pomelleto Afternoon Tea set embodies the bold, unconventional and tasteful nature of the jewelry brand, offering business travellers a unique option for business meetings.

Inspired by the creativity and unique character of Pomellato, the afternoon tea set features a selection of finger sandwiches, scones and a series of patisserie. Highlights include goats’ milk cheesecake with red onion jam; roast beef crostini with tomato-horseradish fondue; and earl grey tea with lemon loaf cake.

To complement the Pomelleto Afternoon Tea set, bar manager Tim Becqueriaux has designed two special cocktails, including Oro Milano – tonka bean-infused Cocchi Bianco with Luxardo Maraschino – and Black Diamond, which features ingredients like Tanqueray gin and crème de violette.
