Ascott Marunouchi Tokyo to Open this Month

Ascott will expand its portfolio of luxury serviced residences with the opening of Ascott Marunouchi Tokyo on March 30, 2017, offering business travellers convenient accommodation in the heart of the Japanese capital.

Located in the prime Marunouchi-Otemachi area in Tokyo’s central business district, where many multinational companies and headquarters of major Japanese banks are based, the hotel is part of an integrated development which comprises offices and offers a host of dining outlets and is connected to Otemachi Station, one of the city’s largest subway stations served by five different lines.

Ascott Marunouchi Tokyo will feature 130 apartments ranging from spacious studios to three-bedroom units, all of which have separate living and dining areas, a fully-equipped kitchen, and ensuite bathrooms. Guests can also choose apartments that come with a Japanese tatami mattress.

In addition to the business centre and meeting rooms, facilities such as a swimming pool, gymnasium, roof-top terrace and reading lounge are available for guests to relax and unwind.
