New Bar Opens at Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour

A perfect spot at which to relax after a day of hard work, the stylish Hacienda bar has opened in Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour, a luxurious hotel with stunning views of the city’s iconic harbour.

There’s little doubt that Sydney is home to one of the world’s most remarkable natural harbours and many of the city’s top culinary and mixology experiences can be found on its shores. The newest concept, located at the Pullman hotel, combines old world Cuba with new world vistas.

Inspired by the grand plantation architecture of Cuba, mixed with the lux yet playful modern vintage hotels of 1950s Miami, Hacienda Bar offers an extensive drink menu, which includes a variety of classic Cubanesque fruit-driven drinks and innovative cocktails, designed to appease even the most discerning palate. Signatures include The Tropical Sour, made from banana-infused Encanto Pisco, Tio Pepe Sherry, lime, and honey; and the Old Smoked Presidente, a mix of aged rum, orange curacao, dry vermouth, house spiced raspberry syrup, and Angostura bitters.

The bar also boasts a tantalising food menu drawing inspiration from Cuba’s traditional trading partners and their local ingredients. It features an assortment of Latin and American delicacies, such as Yuka fries, buttermilk fried chicken, pork neck mojo, Cuban Reuben, and a variety of delicious burgers.
