Tigerair Launches Flights to Zhengzhou

Tigerair has launched direct flights between Singapore and Zhengzhou, the capital of Henan Province of China, as well as a significant financial centre in the country.

Operating with a 180-seat Airbus A320 aircraft, the new service operates three times per week every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. The outbound flight departs Singapore’s Changi Airport at 1.10am and arrives at Zhengzhou’s Xinzheng International Airport at 7am, while the return leg leaves at 8am and touches down in Singapore at 1.40pm.

“The new Zhengzhou service is part of our commitment to offer new and eye-opening travel possibilities for customers, providing a convenient direct air link for them to embark on a historical tour of the ancient capitals within Henan,” says Leslie Thng, chief commercial officer for Tigerair and Scoot. “Visitors from China may also connect via Singapore to other exciting cities on Tigerair’s network, and onward to the many destinations offered by our sister airline Scoot, as well Singapore Airlines and SilkAir under the SIA Group.” www.tigerair.com
