Raffles Hotel & Resorts has unveiled a new Grand Ballroom within its 168-room Shenzhen property. Boasting an expansive space of 1,250sqm, the new ballroom is perfectly suited for large-scale corporate events, launches, gala dinners and the like.
The Raffles Shenzhen‘s Grand Ballroom’s design concept is based on the migration of salmon – an allusion to the return of guests to the hotel time and again. The ballroom’s chandeliers are made to resemble swimming schools of salmon, with individual glass spheres mimicking glittering drops of water above. Under the glistening iridescence of the ceiling, guests can enjoy exquisite international cuisine prepared by the hotel’s Michelin starred chefs, while Raffles’ renowned butlers are on hand to cater for every guest’s need.
The addition of the Grand Ballroom is the newest amenity on offer at the Raffles hotel in Shenzhen’s Nanshan district. Located on the top 72 floors of the prestigious One Shenzhen Bay Office Building, the hotel boasts spectacular views of the city and across to Hong Kong.
The hotel’s culinary team offers outstanding levels of gastronomy from around the world; whether you are craving a mouthwatering prime steak, traditional Cantonese specialities, refined Japanese cuisine or a world-class selection of rare spirits and artisan cocktails.
Aside from the delectable food, the hotel also has a world-class spa (including hydrotherapy options), a state-of-the-art gym and an indoor swimming pool.
