Raddison Hotel Group has launched a new multi-brand and mobile-friendly global website, giving business travellers who stay at the brand’s properties a new way to manage their hotel stays and Radisson Rewards loyalty member profile.
RadissonHotels.com will allow all guests and loyalty members to access the group’s entire portfolio of hotels and easily book a stay at one of the more than 1,100 properties around the world. A new Radisson Hotels App, due to launch at the end of July 2019, will complement the revamped site.
A New Way to Book
Both the website and app will offer Raddison Rewards members a new personalised digital experience. Thanks to an intuitive, user-friendly interface, both services will allow members to earn, view and redeem points, and see all the benefits of their membership.
The enhanced website brings all seven Radisson Hotel Group’s brands together on one easy-to-use platform. Users will be able to view and book any property under the Radisson Collection, Radisson Blu, Radisson, Radisson RED, Park Plaza, Park Inn by Radisson and Country Inn & Suites by Radisson brand, as well as art’otel branded properties managed by PPHE Hotel Group.
To begin with, guests will be able to use the full website in English, Arabic, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish and Swedish. Additional languages will be rolled out in stages so that eventually, all guests and members will be able to use RadissonHotels.com in their native language.
User Friendly Functionality
The new Radisson Hotels App will make it simple for mobile users to search, choose and book their hotels, and offers seamless functionality to enhance the guest experience. Click-to-call functionality means users can quickly get in touch with the central reservations team, while a built-in credit card scanner offers a convenient and easy way to complete bookings through the app.
