Quay Hotels Launches in Perth

Singapore-based hotel group Louis T Collection has officially opened the doors on its all-new Quay Perth hotel.

The 80-room boutique property is the latest addition to the Elizabeth Quay development, and offers easy access to the city’s CBD and views of the Swan River.

The property main dining offering is Community at Quay, an all-day sidewalk eatery that connects the riverfront esplanade with the hotel lobby. Executive chef Jay Tesorero whips up a fun, casual menu of old favourites, but premium coffee by Margaret River Coffee Roasters, pastries by Maison St Honore, and an array of sandwiches, burgers, salads and organic juices are also available all day.

Guests also have access to LEVEL NINE, the hotel’s 27/4 co-working space. The full-service area includes two meeting rooms, 10 individual offices, eight window desks, an expansive communal workstation, and plenty of free seating. A number of useful business services are also offered, including private phone booths, printing and scanning, while fresh food and coffee comes from the hotel’s Community at Quay restaurant.

“We believe Quay Perth will play an important role in the lifestyle of this exciting city,” said Adam Simkins, managing director of Louis T Collection, Quay Perth’s Singapore-based hotel management and building solutions company. “Our intent was to create a hotel with an independent, boutique character that would capture the essence of the city in a new space designed for co-living, co-working and co-playing.”
