Park Hotel Group Launches New Park Rewards Programme Offering

Park Hotel Group has launched Park Rewards, a single loyalty programme that rewards corporate bookers, staying guests as well as dining patrons. Members all enjoy the exclusive benefits of one of the most straightforward rewards programmes in the industry, which boasts no point expiry, no blackout dates and many ways to earn.

Aside from benefits and discounts at participating hotels as well as restaurants and bars, members can enjoy fuss-free redemption at the Park Rewards online store which has a growing portfolio of products and services that members can redeem using their accumulated PARK$ (Park Dollars), the programme’s currency. Members also do not need to wait; their earned PARK$ or Park Hotel Group redemption rewards will instantly be credited into their account and will be available for use immediately. In addition, Park Rewards enables members to have a 360-degree view of upcoming and completed stays – both business and personal – and earn PARK$ on the same account. With one account, one login and multiple ways to earn, this is truly unprecedented.

The programme is free to join and will be made available in two phases. In the first phase, corporate bookers will be able to sign up as corporate members and earn PARK$ on every qualified booking at participating hotels within the Group, redeem instant rewards and enjoy exclusive perks. As part of the launch, corporate travel professionals who sign up for Park Rewards from now to November 30, 2018, will also receive a bonus PARK$500 as a welcome gift. A mere PARK$3,000 is required to redeem a S$50 (US$36) voucher.

Park Hotel Group has launched Park Rewards, a single loyalty programme that rewards corporate bookers, staying guests as well as dining patrons.

“The launch of Park Rewards demonstrates our commitment to cultivating a direct relationship with our clients, as well as our hotel and dining guests,” says Allen Law, chief executive officer, Park Hotel Group. “We looked at a number of programmes out there today and the feedback is that complexity turns members off and severely impacts their engagement levels. This is the reason why Park Rewards is built on the principles of simplicity, accessibility and transparency. We believe that we are the first programme with truly no blackout dates. Any room that is bookable publicly will be available for redemption by members. It is our desire for our members to be able to celebrate life’s moments anytime they wish, even during holidays and peak travel dates.”

The second phase will be launched in January 2019 where Park Rewards will be made available to guests and diners. Both corporate and consumer members can earn PARK$ when they stay or dine at participating hotels, restaurants and bars.
