Pan Pacific Opens in Yangon

Pan Pacific Yangon has officially opened its doors in Yangon, the cultural and economic heart of Myanmar. Occupying an AAA location at the junction of Shwedagon Pagoda Road and Bogyoke Aung San Road, the 25-storey Pan Pacific Yangon sits within Junction City, Yangon’s first integrated commercial and luxury lifestyle development.

The hotel’s double-height sky lobby on the sixth floor offers stunning views to the Shwedagon Pagoda while the Pacific Club Lounge on the top floor of the hotel opens up to amazing city vistas with its floor-to-ceiling windows.

The new Pan Pacific hotel features 336 spacious contemporary designed guestrooms and suites – with many offering magnificent views of the Shwedagon Pagoda, the Yangon River, or the bustling city – offers a luxurious stay. Guests can relish in a range of refreshing facilities including an outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi, a 24-hour fitness centre, and the signature St Gregory spa.

The Pan Pacific’s dining outlets include Saan, an all-day dining restaurant; Hai Tien Lo, a Pan Pacific signature concept offering authentic Cantonese cuisine; Teak Bar (left), the perfect place to enjoy cocktails while enjoying views of the Shwedagon Pagoda; and Pacific Marketplace, which is ideal for casual meals and quick bites.

The comprehensive meeting spaces at the new hotel include a grand ballroom of more than 600 square metres which can seat up to 800 theatre-style, and four meeting spaces of 50 or 60 square metres each.
