The doors have officially been thrown open at the newly refurbished Pacific Hotel Brisbane, giving business travellers comfort and functionality in the heart of the city.
Overlooking the Roma Street Parklands of Spring Hill, the hotel is the perfect spot from which to access the city’s business and leisure options. Roma Street Station, Queens Street Mall and Suncorp Stadium and the CBD are all close by.
179 spacious guest rooms and suites offer a cosy retreat for business travellers to rest, relax – and perhaps get some work done – while on the road. Each room features smart TVs with streaming capabilities, free high-speed wifi, along with balconies that boast city or park views.
Ideal for casual meetings or a relaxed working environment, the Pacific Hotel Brisbane’s lobby boasts plenty of relaxed seating, while the 10th floor hosts a number of function venues where an events team can help companies create conferences, meetings and other styles of events with the Brisbane skyline as a backdrop.
For some after-hours fun, the onsite Pacific Bar + Kitchen offers a range of great dishes and a lively happy hour, all of which can be enjoyed at the expansive alfresco terrace. The restaurant also offers in-room dining for business travellers who are too tired (or jet-lagged) to make it downstairs.
The hotel’s sophisticated makeover was overseen by Australian hospitality designer Janine Lauder of Janineous Design, who worked to create a unique, breezy space that offers comfort and practicality.
“With Brisbane set to embark on an incredible journey over the next few years, we are delighted that the Pacific Hotel Brisbane is ready to contribute to that evolution,” said General Manager Andrew Hudson.”We’re passionate about providing guests with a truly relaxing and memorable stay that captures the Pacific Terrific spirit. It’s all about how we want the guest to feel from the minute they walk through the door to the minute they leave. Whether you’re here on business, with family or to attend an event,” said Andrew.
