Modena by Fraser Bangkok Opens

Frasers Hospitality, a member of Frasers Centrepoint Limited, has introduced its serviced residence brand Modena by Fraser to Thailand, with the opening of Modena by Fraser Bangkok, providing business travellers with another option for affordable, stylish serviced residence.

Set in a glass-clad building in the FYI Center, a mixed-use development on the corner of Rama IV Road, close to the Queen Sirikit MRT station, Modena by Fraser Bangkok offers 239 units, all of which include living areas, kitchenettes, workspaces, and home entertainment systems. Facilities at the new property include 24-hour gym, steam and sauna facilities, and meeting space.

Modena by Fraser’s modern and eco-friendly approach to serviced residence living is designed for business travellers seeking affordable home comforts. Featuring soft furnishings and amenities that are provincially sourced, the property appeals to socially conscious travellers.

The new Bangkok project becomes the only Modena by Fraser property currently operating outside China. The five other Modena by Fraser properties are located in Shanghai, Suzhou, Wuxi, Wuhan and Changsha. Frasers Hospitality’s portfolio in Thailand also includes 163-unit Fraser Suites Sukhumvit. www.frasershospitality.com
