New Suites at Hyatt Regency Sydney

Hyatt Regency Sydney welcomes business travellers from around the world with a new look following an extensive refurbishment, and the introduction of the hotel’s first outdoor terrace and lavish new suites.

Since launching under the Hyatt Regency brand in 2016, Hyatt Regency Sydney has undergone a multi-million dollar redevelopment, with the refurbishment of 649 rooms and 17 suites in the property’s original building, a new 24-story tower, refresh of five bars and restaurants – including luxury rooftop bar Zephyr Sky Bar and 3,700 square meters of state-of-the-art meeting and event spaces.

Led by owner M&L Hospitality, the interiors, masterfully designed by multidisciplinary design firm Bates Smart, pay homage to the hotel’s harbourside location, intrinsically weaving a nautical palette and luxe décor; rich Phillip Jeffries custom vinyl Amalfi Silk, sleek Italian-made joinery and rounded mirrors reminiscent of cabin portholes.

The latest and most aspirational category in the hotel’s diverse accommodation offering, the Sydney Terrace Suite and Regency Terrace Suite are designed for entertaining and private dining; combining over 125sqm of accommodation with 34sqm of expansive outdoor terrace space, the new suites are a rarity in the Sydney harbour landscape.

The impeccable finishes and open-air terrace with panoramic water views make for a truly memorable Sydney experience.

Playing on the concept of a sophisticated residential yet relaxed approach to Sydney’s harbourside living, both the Sydney Terrace Suite and Regency Terrace Suite cater for up to 12 guests for an intimate soiree, or six guests for seated dining.
