Holiday Inn Launches Exclusive Offers for Small Business Travellers

In response to the Holiday Inn Small Business Traveller Study conducted by Kelton Global, the Holiday Inn brand and IHG Rewards Club have introduced the new Inn Business offer, which allows small business travellers the chance to quickly earn Gold Elite status and enjoy more benefits.

According to the survey, which was conducted among 1,005 small business travellers between the ages of 25 and 65, business travel is more difficult, costly and time-consuming for small business travellers than their larger business counterparts. Also, nearly one-third of participants feel that they are not treated as well as large companies by hotels, and more than 94 percent said they would be interested in staying at a hotel with a reward offer exclusively for small business travellers.

In a bid to ease small business travellers’ stress and concerns, the new Inn Business offer awards small business travellers with elite status in IHG Rewards Club during their first year of membership – following just one night stay at any Holiday Inn hotel property – which comes with complimentary room upgrades, priority check-in and late check-out, and the ability to earn reward nights faster. Travellers can also save time and money by booking direct through Your Rate by IHG Rewards Club.

“Hotels are a business traveller’s home away from home when they’re on the road, and small business employees told us they want assistance to make their lives easier from booking through check-out,” says Eric Lent, vice president, Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza, The Americas, IHG. “As we move forward, the Holiday Inn brand remains committed to introducing new offers like Inn Business that help small business travellers make connections with the people, places and experiences that matter most to bring even more joy to their journey.” www.ihgplc.com
