Mantra Group will open its first prefabricated Peppers Hotel, the Peppers Kings Square, in Perth in around six months, offering business travellers a convenient retreat in Western Australia.

Located in a prime position opposite to Perth Arena, the prefabricated hotel by Hickory Building Systems patented construction technology utilises elements including modular bathrooms, pre-attached facades and precast concrete panels. The 17-floor Peppers King Square will feature 120 Studio Apartments and a range of conference facilities. The project also features a ground floor lobby and a restaurant area with exterior pedestrian arcade along Shafto Lane, as well as a function area on level one.
