The newly refurbished Emirates Lounge has reopened its doors at Hong Kong International Airport.
Having been closed throughout the pandemic, the redesigned haven warmly welcomes premium travellers flying on the airline’s two daily direct flights from Hong Kong to Dubai and the third daily service via Bangkok to immerse in a rejuvenating pre-flight experience that exceeds expectations.
Situated adjacent to Gate 40 on Level 7, the expansive 643-square-metre Emirates Lounge incorporates a sleek and modern design that reflects the airline’s signature sophistication. The refurbishment aligns seamlessly with the airline’s ‘Fly better’ brand promise and dedication to elevating every aspect of the customer experience – in the skies and on the ground.
All of Emirates’ First Class and Business Class customers, as well as eligible Emirates Skywards members, are entitled to complimentary access to the revamped facility. Upon entering, travellers are greeted by a harmonious blend of modern design elements infused with Middle Eastern influences to create a serene oasis amidst the bustling airport environment.
With an expanded seating capacity of 132 spread across the spacious lounge area, passengers can choose from a variety of seating options, ranging from plush chairs to cosy sofas that ensure utmost comfort and relaxation before their flights.
Complementing the stylish interiors are a host of deluxe amenities designed to enhance travellers’ journeys. From complimentary Wi-Fi and refreshing shower facilities to a dedicated prayer room, the Emirates Lounge caters to the diverse needs of discerning passengers.
Another highlight of the Emirates Lounge experience is the enticing selection of culinary offerings that will tantalize the taste buds of travellers. Passengers can indulge in a sumptuous buffet featuring local and Oriental cuisine specialties, complemented by irresistible classic Hong Kong desserts that add a touch of sweetness to their pre-flight dining.
In addition to the enhanced lounge experience, Emirates recently expanded its complimentary Chauffeur-drive service to include Business Class passengers in Hong Kong.
