Marriott International has expanded its fast-growing portfolio in China with the opening of the 259-room Courtyard by Marriott Shanghai Fengxian. It is poised to attract business travellers by offering a refreshing environment that helps guests stay connected, productive and balanced while travelling.
Located in Fengxian District of southern Shanghai, a developing commercial and industrial district, Courtyard by Marriott Shanghai Fengxian is just 42 kilometers from the downtown and a 45-minute drive to the Shanghai Hongqiao Airport, Hongqiao Transportation Hub and Shanghai Pudong International Airport.

The 259 guest rooms of the hotel are spacious, ranging from 36 to 150sqm. The stylishly-designed rooms feature functional work areas and high-speed internet access. Other amenities include HD TVs with satellite TV channels, safe deposit boxes, minibars, and the hotel’s bespoke “Golden Pillow Service”, which offers guests the choices of seven types of pillow to ensure them a sweet sleep.
Courtyard by Marriott Shanghai Fengxian offers both Chinese and International cuisines. Pavilion, an all-day dining restaurant, features an international buffet, while The Lounge is an ideal place for guests to have drinks and relax. The hotel also offers more than 824sqm of meeting space, including 11 meeting rooms which can accommodate up to 180 people. All are equipped with state-of-the-art lighting, A/V equipment support and full wifi coverage.
