China Airlines Launches Taipei – Prague Service

China Airlines has official launched its new Taipei-Prague route, with the airline now offers non-stop routes to six popular European destinations.

These include Amsterdam (the Netherlands), Frankfurt (Germany), Vienna (Austria), London (UK), Rome (Italy), and Prague (Czech Republic). The comprehensive European network makes China Airlines the leading carrier in Taiwan in terms of network coverage and frequency for non-stop flights to Europe.

China Airlines now operates two weekly flights on the Taipei-Prague route. In addition to increased travel convenience between Taiwan and the Czech Republic, the twice weekly flight also caters to the travel demand in the nearby cities of Nuremberg and Dresden in Germany. As China Airlines already operates four to five weekly flights on the Taipei-Vienna route, travelers can enjoy more flexibility with their itineraries and opt to arrive or depart via Vienna or Prague with one scheduled flight per day.

China Airlines is the only carrier to offer non-stop flights between Taiwan and the Czech Republic and it’s hoped the new Prague route will encourage bilateral business, trade and tourism.

China Airlines has assigned the next-generation A350 passenger aircraft to the Taipei-Prague route. Flights departing from Taipei feature cuisine from Le Palais, the only Michelin 3-Star restaurant in Taiwan, as well as desserts and beverages from WooTea, the famous hand-shaken beverage brand.

Premium Economy Class passengers can chose from braised chicken thigh in red curry sauce with steamed rice or stewed beef with mashed potatoes. Chicken strips in oyster sauce with steamed rice or roasted pork with potato dumplings are served in Economy Class with Kolonada Cookies from Karlovy Vary providing a sweet finish.

China Airlines strive to provide travelers with high-quality service. Premium Business and Premium Economy Class travellers on long-haul flights receive The North Face travel bags. Both styles are made from eco-friendly materials that have won praise from travelers for their practicality and functionality.
