Makeover for Sydney BreakFree

Mantra Group has just completed a US$3-million renovation of the BreakFree on George hotel in Sydney, bringing a fresh new look to one of the group’s most popular properties.

All 160 studios and one and two-bedroom apartments of the BreakFree property boast beautiful new furnishings and modern chic furniture, with the hallways and foyer re-dressed in dark charcoal timbers, as well as contemporary wallpaper and alternating colour schemes.

With impressive views of the CBD, the refurb has added the stunning final touches to BreakFree on George so guests can now experience only the best finishes and contemporary-style furniture.

The lounge areas in each apartment feature comfortable new wraparound sofas, towering floor-to-ceiling windows, and beautiful Asian-inspired artwork.

The hotel’s location at 653 George Street, Sydney, is just a block from bustling Chinatown, The Capitol Theatre and in close proximity to Sydney’s major office buildings, making it a smart choice for both business and leisure travellers alike.

Superbly styled and fully self-contained, each of the hotel’s air-conditioned apartments features full kitchen and laundry facilities, Foxtel, free-to-air television, and internet access, while those on the upper floors also offer spectacular views of the surrounding cityscape.
