ANA InterContinental Tokyo has become the first InterContinental hotel to offer a breakfast designed by Michelin-star Chef Pierre Gagnaire.
The new menu, available exclusively for Club InterContinental guests, was created by chef Gagnaire when he visited his eponymously-titled restaurant ‘Pierre Gagnaire Tokyo’ at ANA InterContinental Tokyo in late October.
Served in the Club InterContinental Lounge, Pierre Gagnaire’s perfectly balanced breakfast “Petit dejeuner par Pierre Gagnaire” is comprised of well-considered, healthy, wholesome ingredients, making this a great, energy-boosting way to start the day. The menu offers gourmet delights such as pink grapefruit, grilled avocado and Iberico ham, poached egg, topped on smoked salmon and fromage blanc citronnée sauce, completed with crispy baked Italian bread topped with ginger tomato confit, bread with dried fruit and nuts stuffed with Paris button mushrooms, alongside bordier butter and homemade jam.

The Club Lounge, which is the largest lounge in Tokyo, boasts a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere in the mornings, as well as staggering 35th floor views out to Parliament House and the greenery surrounding the Imperial Palace.
Other new benefits and services for Club guests at ANA InterContinental Tokyo include the option of breakfast served in-room, breakfast on the move from ‘Pierre Gagnaire Pains et Gateaux’, a complimentary “tokyobike” experience to connect guests to anywhere they want to access, a complimentary shoeshine service (one time per stay), and restaurant reservation priority, all of which are yet more very good reasons for guests to stay in Club InterContinental Rooms and Suites.
