Air New Zealand will operate its new Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner on the Auckland – Adelaide route from October 2017, offering business travellers more flight options and better efficiency when flying between North Island and the South Australian capital.
The new Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner is a revolutionary aircraft with a four-class configuration – Business Premier, Premium Economy, Economy, and Economy Skycouch – and a focus on cabin comfort, offering an enhanced inflight experience for its passengers.

The introduction of the Air New Zealand Dreamliner aircraft on the popular route will see the airline increase capacity between Auckland and Adelaide by up to 23 percent over the peak season, between October 2017 and March 2018, while also allowing the airline to offer Business Premier and Premium Economy on this route for the first time.
The changes complement the investment Air New Zealand has been making on the ground, where the airline recently became the first to offer self-service kiosks at Adelaide Airport, improving the check-in experience for customers.
