Design-Driven Transit Hotels Arrive in Beijing & London

International airport hospitality company Plaza Premium Group has opened its newest design-driven transit hotels, with the unveiling of Aerotel Beijing, at the China capital’s new Beijing Daxing International Airport, and Aerotel London Heathrow.

Not only is Aerotel Beijing the only in-terminal airport hotel at the new Beijing hub but it’s also the largest in-terminal airport hotel in China, boasting 215 guest rooms catering to all guests from solo travellers to families.

Located a short walk from both domestic and international airline check-in counters, Aerotel Beijing extends its offerings beyond sophisticated guest rooms to a dedicated fitness corner, a 24-hour dining destination, a chic, club-like Games Room, and, in a new first, multi-functional spaces that can be used for private dinners or meetings.

The new Aerotel London Heathrow property also balances business and pleasure; as Heathrow Terminal 3’s only in-terminal hotel, the 82-room landside property is a five-minute walk from transport bubs and connections to Heathrow’s other terminals, many of which also boast Plaza Premium Group-operated pay-in airport lounges.

Aerotel transit hotels are defined by convenience, technology, and design; each guest space features intuitive design to ensure the best use of space, durable yet luxurious linens and powerful showers. The focus is on allowing travellers with late or early flights, or hose transitting, a comfortable, relaxing and convenient space in which to spend their time. In addition, the properties, which are open 24/7, offer flexible hourly booking rates.
