Pan Pacific Hotel to Return to Melbourne

One of Melbourne’s best-known hotels is set to relaunch as the Pan Pacific Melbourne, bringing luxurious new accommodation options to Australia’s second-largest city.

Currently operating as Hilton Melbourne South Wharf, the hotel will relaunch as Pan Pacific Melbourne in Australia on July 28, 2017, marking the brand’s return to the country’s east coast and its second property in Australia, while offering business travellers a choice of luxury accommodation options along with flexible meeting facilities.

Located along the scenic Yarra River, the new Pan Pacific will have direct access to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. With 396 contemporary rooms offering panoramic views of the city, Port Phillip Bay or the Yarra River, the luxurious new hotel will also boast 400sqm of flexible meetings and events spaces, ensuring business travellers will have an ideal venue for corporate meetings and launches. The new hotel will also feature two signature dining outlets, and a modern, 24-hour fitness centre.

With the addition of the new Melboure hotel, Pan Pacific Hotels Group will operate five properties in Australia, including two Pan Pacific properties and three under its Parkroyal Hotels & Resorts brand in Melbourne, Sydney, and Parramatta. In addition, 2017 will also see the addition of Pan Pacific properties in Beijing and Yangon.
