Hong Kong Airlines Takes Delivery of 32nd Aircraft

Hong Kong Airlines has taken delivery of a new Airbus A330-300, which will mainly be employed on routes to Okinawa, Osaka, Tokyo, Bangkok, and Denpasar, providing business travellers with more choice of service and higher frequencies of flights when flying to these cities.

The Airbus A330-300, with a seating capacity of 285 passengers and 695 cubic feet of cargo, expanded the fleet of the airline to 32 aircraft.

The first half of 2016 saw Hong Kong Airlines’ passenger traffic exceeding 3 million, a growth of 12% compared to the previous year. The average loading also rose by 1.3% to 83%.
