Chef Lavarra has designed the new Cathay Pacific Tosca menu with a modern approach while staying true to the rustic Italian flavours at heart. Dishes on the menu include octopus terrine, lemon, and parsley salad; and beef short ribs served with tomato sauce and mashed potato.

Cathay Pacific has a celebrated history of working closely with renowned chefs, hotels, and restaurants to introduce new and creative culinary options on a regular basis. Last year the carrier collaborated with The Langham, Hong Kong to launch a new inflight menu for its new service between Hong Kong and Madrid. A range of authentic Spanish dishes specially designed by the hotel’s executive chef Pedro Samper was available for Business Class passengers flying from Hong Kong to Madrid until August 31, 2016.
