Air Astana to Launch Service between Astana and New Delhi

Air Astana will launch direct flights from Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, to New Delhi, the capital of India, on July 2, 2017, providing business travellers with more nonstop services connecting the two bustling Asian cities.

The new service will be operated three times weekly using an Airbus A320 and an Embraer 190. On Mondays and Thursdays, the outbound flights will depart Astana at 07:20 and arrive in New Delhi at 10:55; return flights will depart New Delhi at 12:00 to arrive in Astana at 17:00 local time. On Sundays, flights will depart Astana at 20:35 and will arrive in New Delhi at 00:10 the next day; return flights will take off at 01:10 to arrive in Astana at 06:10 local time.

Air Astana offers travellers from New Delhi a wide range of convenient flight connections in Astana, with services to international destinations, including Moscow, St. Petersburg, Istanbul, Kiev, Baku and Tbilisi, as well as to many cities across Kazakhstan. Air Astana will continue to operate daily flights between Almaty and New Delhi.

Air Astana airline’s fleet is among the youngest in Europe and consists of Airbus A320 family aircraft, as well as Boeing 757s and 767s and Embraer 190-E2 – first provided to a post-Soviet country. The airline has been recognised as a Skytrax 4-star airline.
