Virgin Australia has unveiled Economy Space +, a new spacious section of its Boeing 777-300ER main cabin, offering a more comfortable, seamless experience for business travellers flying from Australia to the United States and Middle East. The new product will be available for flights commencing August 30, 2016.

Located in the first five rows and the exit rows of economy on Virgin Australia’s Boeing 777-300ER fleet, Economy Space + features extra legroom, check-in via a dedicated premium check-in counter, preferred overhead locker,  guaranteed first meal choice, and premium noise-cancelling headset.

“We are excited to launch our new Economy Space + product, providing more choice and comfort for passengers travelling in the main cabin,” says Virgin Australia chief customer officer Mark Hassell. “Coupled with Virgin Australia’s award-winning service, we believe Economy Space + will be very popular with a range of travellers.
