V Air to Add Flights to Japan

Taiwanese low-cost airline V Air is set to increase services to Japan with the launch of direct flights between Taipei and Nagoya on December 15, and to Osaka and Fukuoka in January 2016.

V Air will offer four flights a week between Taipei and Nagoya. The outbound service, ZV202, will fly from Taipei every Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday. The departure time is scheduled at 19:45 and will arrive in Nagoya by 23:45. The return flight, ZV203, will fly from Nagoya every Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday, leaving at 00:45 and arriving Taipei at 03:35.

Starting from January 8, 2016, ZV202 will be adjusted to a morning flight, flying from Taipei at 06:05, with an estimated arrival time in Nagoya at 10:05. After one hour turn-around time, ZV203 will leave Nagoya at 11:05 and arrive in Taipei at 13:45. This route is expected to be increased to daily flights from March 1, 2016.

The daily service between Taipei and Osaka will be inaugurated on January 23, 2016. ZV208 is scheduled to leave Taipei at 07:40 and arrive in Osaka at 11:30. The return leg, ZV209, will leave Osaka at 12:30, and the arrival time in Taipei will be 15:00.

The route between Taipei and Fukuoka will be launched on January 25, 2016, operating daily. ZV212 will depart from Taipei at 14:35 and is scheduled to arrive in Fukuoka at 18:00. The return flight, ZV213, will leave Fukuoka at 19:00, to arrive in Taipei at 20:45. www.flyvair.com
