Swiss-Belinn Saripetojo Opens in Solo

The Swiss-Belinn Saripetojo has opened in the heart of Solo in Central Java, Indonesia, offering business travellers a contemporary base from which to explore the city.

Formerly a historical ice factory, the new hotel features 137 rooms and suites, all equipped with individually controlled air-conditioning, IDD telephones, wifi internet access, mini-bars, in-room safety deposit boxes, and 42-inch LCD TVs with satellite and cable programs.

“Swiss-Belhotel International has built a strong presence in Indonesia and remains firmly committed to expanding its Indonesian portfolio,” says Swiss-Belhotel International chairman and president Gavin M. Faull. “With the opening of the group’s second hotel in Central Java, we are looking forward to open more hotels within the region. This modern business hotel is an enviable property, a valuable asset to its owner and to Solo’s tourism industry.”

Guests can sweat a storm at the well-equipped fitness centre or take a dip in the swimming pool, before feasting on local cuisine at BaReLo. The hotel also provides eight meeting rooms to accommodate any business functions or social events. www.swiss-belhotel.com
