Stamford Hotels Adelaide Launch New Healthy Menus

Premier conference and meeting venues in the capital city of the state of South Australia, Stamford Plaza Adelaide and Stamford Grand Adelaide have introduced new healthy menu options for corporate events. The two five-star hotels have revamped their food offerings with a focus on healthy eating choices to support better concentration and productivity from guests at conferences, workshops and meetings.

“There has been an increasing demand from corporate guests for healthy yet filling lunch and snack options at meetings and conferences so we’ve sought to deliver just that,” says Stamford Hotels Adelaide area general manager Russell Cool. “Our chefs have devised a menu that is fresh, healthy and packed full of flavours. Even the most health conscious will be impressed with what’s on offer.”

Located in the CBD of Adelaide, Stamford Plaza Adelaide offers a menu which includes salads, steamed barramundi, poached chicken and lamb fillet, as well as morning and afternoon tea snacks such as housemade granola bars, fresh fruit skewers and chicken and avocado rice paper rolls. Grains, fruit, super foods such as kale, and herbal teas are also featured on the menu.

The new menu provided by The Stamford Grand at Glenelg includes salads, soup, steamed Atlantic salmon, grilled chicken, slow cooked beef or lamb and a vegetable stir-fry, as well as morning and afternoon snacks such as raw strawberry cheesecake, avocado and chocolate mousse, vegan Mexican chocolate cake, fresh fruit, sushi and steamed dumplings.
