Singapore Airlines Partners Ming Court in Hong Kong

Flag carrier of the country, Singapore Airlines has partnered Ming Court, a Michelin two-star restaurant at Cordis Hotel in Hong Kong, to bring authentic Cantonese cuisine to passengers departing from Hong Kong International Airport from October 30, 2016 to April 30, 2017.

Customers travelling in Suites, First Class, Business Class, Premium Economy Class, and Economy Class from Hong Kong to Singapore or San Francisco will be offered an enhanced choice of Chinese dishes from the new menu, designed exclusively by acclaimed executive chef Mango Tsang Chiu Lit of Ming Court.

Singapore Airlines Suite and First Class passengers can look forward to dishes such as double boiled pork shank with Chinese yam and wolfberry; and Spanish iberico pork with Shanxi aged vinegar.

Business Class customers can enjoy a detoxifying boost from the appetiser, truffle marinated roast duck with cordycep flower, or a supplement of omega 3 from sauteed prawns in hot bean sauce.

Premium Economy Class can look forward to Steamed Ginseng with Minced Pork, while Economy Class customers will get braised ee-fu noodles with enoki mushrooms and roast duck meat. http://www.singaporeair.com/
