Qantas Offers New Japanese F&B Experiences

Guests of the Qantas First Lounge in Sydney can now enjoy a range of Japanese food and beverage options as Qantas serves up a selection of Japanese dishes, drinks and desserts to celebrate the recent launch of its Sydney-Haneda and Brisbane-Narita flights.

On offer are treats like Kingfish sashimi with daikon, sesame, togarashi and organic soy, and innovative Japanese-designed cocktails created by the airline’s team of Rockpool mixologists, another recent addition to the airline’s offerings.

Visitors to the Qantas’ Sydney Business Lounge can also enjoy beef yakitori with sesame salad, while passengers at the Qantas Business Lounge in Brisbane will be treated to miso soup with soba noodles and tofu.

Business class passengers heading to Narita and Haneda will enjoy other Japanese treats onboard, including a tuna tataki nigiri starter accompanied by Kirin Ichiban beer or Ozeki sake; passengers in premium economy or economy cabins will enjoy green tea-flavoured Kit Kats. www.qantas.com.au
