The inspiration behind the brand new dining experience at Palms is David King, director of culinary for Sheraton Grand Macao Hotel, Cotai Central, and The St. Regis Macao, Cotai Central.  “We see more and more of our guests looking for authenticity in their dining choices,” says King. “Our new concept for Palms offers just that. The menu we’ve created focuses on wholesome, freshly made food, quality ingredients, and recipes that stay true to their origins.”

For guests looking for that one spot to enjoy daytime treats, Palms offers the perfect venue: travellers craving a good morning fix can go for the breakfast menu featuring delicious breakfast classics including freshly baked bread, cronuts, croissants, all-day big breakfasts, and innovative big mac-n-cheese croissants. Those opting for a more healthy and wholesome breakfast can always go with the sourdough fruit and nut toast with ricotta and honey, or Palms’ signature matcha smoothie fruit bowl.

Palms offers an extensive beverage menu ranging from freshly-brewed coffee, tea infusions like fresh berry tea, and the local favourite of bubble tea to smoothies blended with fresh fruits, and healthy squeezed fruit juices to start off your day.
