New Additions to Galaxy Macau

The massive Galaxy Macau resort has nearly doubled in size with the opening of new developments within the resort. Representing an investment of US$5.5 million, the new additions will expand the brand’s customer base, and some are specifically targeted at business travellers.

The integrated resort now includes The Ritz-Carlton Macau, the JW Marriott Macau and the Broadway Macau in addition JW Marriott Hotel Macau, the Banyan Tree Macau, the Hotel Okura Macau, and the Galaxy Hotel, offering nearly 4,000 guest rooms.

The addition of the JW Marriott Macau – Asia’s largest Marriott – and the all-suite Ritz-Carlton bring a host of meeting and function facilities that are perfectly suited to the business and MICE markets.

Dining options have also doubled at the integrated resort, offering a plethora of fine-dining experiences that are ideal for business meals. Executive visitors can host team dinners or wine and dine clients at new outposts for recognised brands such as Fook Lam Moon, Lai Heen, and Otto e Mezzo Bombana, the Macau venture of the three Michelin-starred restaurant from Hong Kong.

After hours business travellers can relax at the newly expanded Grand Resort Deck that now sprawls over 75,000sqm and includes a 575-metre long Skytop Adventure Rapids, Macau’s only skytop waterslide which is made up of three nine-metre high slides, and a daily laser show called “Laserama”. www.galaxymacau.com
