Marriott Executive Apartments Opens in Tianjin

Marriott Executive Apartments has opened a new property – its sixth – in the Chinese city of Tianjin.

The new residence is ideally located for business travellers to the city, being 30 minutes from the international airport and situated in the Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area (TEDA) in the Binhai New Area.

TEDA is a huge drawcard for foreign investment in china, being one of the main free market areas in north China.

The new Marriott Executive Apartments feature 144 studio, one, two and three-bedroom units, each featuring its own kitchen, as well as satellite TV and complimentary WiFi. The property also provides services that will be useful to business travellers, including housekeeping, grocery shopping, room service and on-demand limousine services.

Corporate visitors can also take advantage of over 5,900sqm of event space – comprising 12 multi-function meeting rooms – which are available to residents for all types of meetings and events, supplemented by ‘gourmet dining’ and ‘meeting butler’ add-ons.
